Westwood Cardiology Associates participates in many health plans. When
calling for your appointment, please let the receptionist know under which
plan you are covered. Some plans require referral forms from your primary
care physician. If this is the case, it is essential that the referral form
is properly filled out and is brought to our office at the time of the visit.
If you do not belong to a health plan we participate in, out-of-network benefits
usually apply. An out-of-network payment is expected at the time of your
visit. We file all insurance claims for you. Please speak to our billing
